So this is the new year…
2012
happy new year! i present to you my 2012 goals/desires.
1. be less focused on buying things: a friend and i decided last night at around 2am that we would go on a spending freeze for at least 2-3 months, starting now, and i’m really excited to learn how to appreciate what i have instead of constantly looking to buy something else.
2. take photos in the city (or stay inside where it’s warm and study up on technical camera stuff) once a week.
things i’d just like to do in 2012: go on a trip to europe with travis and take good photos, get my nose pierced!, start a photography business, move into a bigger apartment, and color my hair (what color? it’s a surprise.).
and that’s all for now. last new year’s day, i didn’t know that i would run my first half marathon in 2011. so, who knows what could happen in 2012?
